- Age limits are subject to minimum requirements of each course. Students with below age limits are also permitted with parental guidance. DreamEDGE will not entertain any problems arises due to this issue.
- All students are required to get every tool or aids needed ready prior to course to avoid any distraction during the course.
- Courses will be conducted in English and Malay language.
- All students are responsible to have Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams ready for the medium of course. A valid account is required for the course.
- Only one person is allowed for each link. Link cannot be shared with any other personnel.
- Each student must use his/her own name on the screen name for verification purposes. Non-recognised name will not be allowed in the session.
- Only one person is allowed for each screen. No group view is allowed.
- DreamEDGE reserve the rights to kick and ban any student with group view.
- Any cancellation must be made one-day prior to course.
- Courses cannot be exchanged once payment has been made.
- Each class duration is one (1) hour with no break time.
- Should there is any distraction caused by any student, he/she will be muted and will be kicked out of session if it is too excessive.
- Students are responsible to make sure the internet connection used is stable to avoid any obstruction during class. No refund will be given should the connection is lost at student’s side.
- Students are advised to prepare early. Course link will be opened 10 minutes prior to session schedule.
- Students are advised to dress modestly and appropriately.
- No casual chat is allowed on the chatbox. Chatbox is only allowed for course-related topics.
- No recording is allowed during course session. Action will be taken to any student/personnel sharing recording of the session.
- Students are responsible to take their own notes during course.
- All copyrights belong to DE College.
- E-certificate will be uploaded on myportal after full course is completed
- DreamEDGE reserves the right to take any photo/screenshot during session for promotion purposes.
- All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- All transaction must be made on the website/portal.
